mise en place offers Denver's largest gourmet kitchen with nearly 1500 square feet of kitchen space filled with gourmet residential equipment. We built our kitchen using residential equipment so that you can go home and replicate the experience. We also believe that cooking is more fun when you have the right equipment so we have stocked our kitchen with All-Clad pans, Wusthof knives and Kitchenaid appliances!
Our maximum capacity is 55 students for a hands-on class but many classes operate with far fewer students for individualized attention! We have two cameras to focus in on the main chef's cooking area, as well as their cutting board so you can get an up close look at what they are demonstrating on a 42" monitor!
